Where does the Loan Money come from?
The original Lender, the true DEBTOR, had to borrow the credit card, automobile, or Mortgage funding loan money from a “Warehouse” Line of Credit which was an Investor Trust in order to give you a presumptive “Mortgage Loan”, ”Credit Card Revolving Credit Loan”, or an “Automobile Loan”.
Therefore, your original Lender received full payment and lost “perfected interest” for the pay off of credit card, automobile, and Mortgage Promissory Note Security and Mortgage Debt Lien Contract Security, when assigned/sold into the Investor Trust. The Original Lender and sold/assigns lack standing as the Real Party of Interest under F.R.C.P. 12b (1)(2)(6).
The Original Lender’s Perfected interest was lost and could not follow sold/assigned Credit Card, Automobiles, or Mortgages after securitization; therefore, no one can legally foreclose on any part of your Mortgage without “Perfected Interest”.
